This is one of the most popular exams, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), that provides access to top-notch institutions, including the IITs, NITs, and other prestigious engineering colleges.
Final Result Declared, High-Skilled applicants.
The JEE Main Session 2 results were announced by the NTA on its official site — jeemain.nta.nic Registered candidates can login by entering their application number and password to check and download their individual scorecards.
There were 24 students who scored a perfect 100 percentile this year, a benchmark to showcase excellence. The Paper 2 (BArch and BPlanning) results, on the other hand, are still awaited. The final answer key has also published along with the results with two questions dropped. According to NTA policy, these questions were given full marks.

What JEE Main 2025 Cut-Off List Means?
JEE Main cut-off marks are the minimum scores required by candidates to be eligible for the next phase — JEE Advanced — in addition to being eligible to be considered for admissions at leading engineering institutes. Cut-off marks are based on a number of factors, namely:
- Total number of test-takers
- Number of available seats
- Difficulty level of the exam
- Trends of previous years cut off
Based on the latest information, here are the expected and actual category-wise cut-off ranges:
Category | Cut-Off Range (Expected) | Percentile Range (Declared) |
General (UR) | 92 – 100 | 93.10 – 100 |
EWS | 83 – 92 | 80.38 – 93.09 |
OBC-NCL | 78 – 92 | 79.43 – 93.09 |
SC | 61 – 92 | 61.15 – 93.09 |
ST | 47 – 92 | 47.90 – 93.09 |
UR-PwBD | — | 0.0079 – 93.09 |
That gives students a clearer sense of how they performed, Gann said, because instead of a single number, they see a range of scores that includes their performance level.
